AI that actually gets to work
Claude is an AI developed by Anthropic. It reads, writes and analyses, helps with software development and can handle multi-step tasks when it is connected to the right systems and tools.
AI adoption rarely fails because of a lack of skills. The challenge is structure: who uses what, which data Claude is connected to, what limits are set for it, and how working practices spread from a single experiment to the whole organisation. That is where we help.

Claude and Salesforce
Customer data, sales processes and service cases are often in Salesforce. That is why combining Claude and Salesforce comes naturally to us: Salesforce is our daily work.
Salesforce and Anthropic have also deepened their cooperation. In August 2026 they announced Claudeforce, which brings Salesforce data and processes to Claude and makes Claude available in Salesforce’s own AI solutions, such as Agentforce and Slack. Read more in Salesforce’s announcement or on our blog (in Finnish): what Claudeforce means in practice.
A platform does not solve the structure for you, though. Permissions, the data model and responsibilities should be in order before an agent gets access to data. We are involved in that.
- Right permissions: the starting point is that Claude only sees the data the user is entitled to.
- Right place: together we assess which AI work belongs in Salesforce’s own features, for example Agentforce, and which belongs to Claude.
- Right data: AI works only as well as the data it uses. Where needed, we address that too.
Not just Salesforce
Claude is not limited to one system, and neither is our help. The same thinking works with ERP systems, email, documents and databases. We start from where the work actually happens.
Ground rules first
Before Claude gets access to data, we agree together:
- who may use what, and which data
- what the AI may do on its own and when it asks a human
- how its operation is monitored and how results are measured
How we proceed
01
Map
We find out where Claude would bring the most benefit and choose as the first use case one whose result shows quickly.
02
Pilot
We build the use case on real data for real users. We agree the limits and metrics before we start.
03
Expand
When the pilot works, we expand usage through training, guidelines and monitoring so that it spreads in a controlled way. Teams getting started is supported, for example, by Claude Cowork training (in Finnish).

Frequently asked questions
What is Claude?
Claude is an AI developed by Anthropic. It can be used as a conversation partner, for analysing documents and data, for writing and for software development. When Claude is connected to a company’s systems and tools, it can also handle multi-step tasks.
Where should we start?
With a small, concrete use case that has a clear owner and a measurable result. Once the first one works, it is easy to build the next ones on top of it.
Do we have to choose between Claude and Salesforce’s own AI?
Not necessarily. They serve partly different needs, and the right solution depends on the use case, the data and where the work is done. We assess this together before anything is built.
Can Claude be connected to other systems?
Yes. The connection can be built through APIs and, for example, MCP connectors. Tell us which systems you use and we will explore the options.
Is our data safe?
Security depends on the chosen Claude product, the contract and how the solution is deployed. We go through these before deployment: what data Claude can access, with whose permissions and how its operation is monitored.
Do we need technical expertise?
Not to get started. Your part is to tell us what kind of work you want to make easier and to test the results. The technical implementation and connecting to systems is done together.
