Frequently asked questions
What’s the difference between Marketing Cloud and Pardot?
Pardot (now Account Engagement) is aimed at B2B companies and is tightly integrated with Sales Cloud. Marketing Cloud is now the broader package containing all of Salesforce’s marketing products. Currently the product replacing Pardot is Marketing Cloud Growth.
Is it difficult to learn?
Basic features — emails, lists and campaigns — are fairly easy to learn. More complex automations require a little more familiarisation. Loikka trains users as part of the implementation.
Does it work with SMS or push notifications?
Yes. Agentforce Marketing supports SMS messages, push notifications and social media channels in addition to email.
