AI Agents — Virtual Workforce

AI agents are a virtual workforce that intelligently automates business processes and frees people for more valuable work.

Your experts’ time goes to the wrong tasks

Organisations have a lot of valuable expertise, but it gets lost in repetitive routine tasks:

  • The same questions are received and handled manually over and over again.
  • Processes wait for a person at every stage and bottlenecks form automatically.
  • The information exists in systems, but it is not combined automatically.
  • Experts handle tasks where AI would be equally good or better.

AI agents don’t replace people. Instead they free them for work that truly requires human judgement.

Scale your workforce efficiently

For a long time, the basic formula of business has been simple:

workforce × efficiency = results

Results grow by hiring more people or improving efficiency through digitalisation, until you hit a natural ceiling.

AI agents break this formula. For the first time, companies have the opportunity to add a digital workforce to the equation — one that scales rapidly, works around the clock, and frees up human time for tasks where people are at their best. The formula becomes:

(workforce × efficiency) + (digital workforce × efficiency) = results

What AI agents bring to your organisation

For users

  • Less repetitive manual work, more time for expert tasks
  • Answers and recommended actions available immediately
  • The agent learns from your processes and adapts to your needs

For management

  • Processes scale without new hires
  • Full transparency into the agent’s actions and results
  • Clear metrics for tracking the benefits of automation

For the business

  • A competitive advantage that grows as AI develops over time
  • Works 24/7 without breaks or sick leave
  • An investment that pays for itself within months

We build AI agents on your business’s terms

AI agents are only useful if they solve the right problems. That’s why we don’t start building until we understand your processes:

  • We map first: where automation creates the most value for you specifically
  • We build intelligently: agents that know your company’s data, rules and processes
  • We test thoroughly: we make sure the agent works correctly before going live
  • We monitor results: we measure the benefits and continuously improve the agent’s performance

How we approach an AI agent project

01

Map the opportunities

We identify together the processes where an AI agent creates the most value. We prioritise use cases by impact and feasibility.

02

Build and test

We build the agent around your company’s data and processes. We carry out thorough testing before deployment — including edge cases.

03

Deploy and develop

We deploy the agent in a controlled way and monitor results. We continuously improve performance based on data.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly do AI agents do?

AI agents are software that carry out tasks autonomously — for example, answering customer queries, retrieving information from systems, filling in forms, or triggering processes. They operate on the basis of natural language and are capable of multi-step reasoning.

What is the difference between AI and an AI agent?

AI is an umbrella term that covers many different technologies. Simply put, AI covers software and systems capable of performing tasks that previously required human thinking. The key difference from a conventional AI application is autonomy. Where regular AI responds to a request, an agent can perceive the bigger picture, plan the next steps, and adapt its behaviour as the situation changes.

What is the difference between an AI agent and automation?

Traditional automation is based on pre-defined rules. When something happens, a pre-defined action is triggered. This works well for standardised and predictable processes where exceptions are rare. An AI agent can operate in the midst of uncertainty. It assesses the situation based on available data, makes decisions according to the current context, and changes its approach as circumstances change.

Which processes are AI agents best suited to?

Best suited are repetitive, data-based tasks: first-line customer service responses, retrieving and combining information from different systems, generating reports, filling in forms, and triggering processes. More challenging are tasks that require strong human judgement or creativity.

Do we need a lot of technical expertise to build AI agents?

No. Your job is to tell us about your business processes and goals. We take care of the technical implementation. During the project we need your support in describing processes and testing — not coding skills.

Which systems can AI agents integrate with?

Agents can be integrated with virtually any system that has an API — Salesforce, ERP systems, email, databases, document management. In addition, MCP for example enables communication between AI agents. Tell us which systems you use and we’ll explore the possibilities.

Is the agent’s operation transparent and controllable?

Yes. We build agents so that their operation is traceable and logs are available. The agent is given clear boundaries: what it does on its own and when it escalates to a human. People always remain the decision-makers on critical matters.
